Way of the Mystic Sword[edit]

These fighters have detached themselves from the physical and dipped their toes into the mystical, allowing them to use their weapons as an extension of their mind. Practitioners of Way of the Mystic Sword is free to battle at any range, their minds freeing them from the restraints of close combat.

Mystic Arts[edit]

Starting at the 3rd level, your training in the mystic arts allow you to telekinetically float up to 3 weapons around you. These weapons must have either the finesse or thrown weapon properties and each has to be of the same kind weapon such as 3 daggers. You require the use of your hands to use this ability and therefore cannot hold any other weapons or shields. As an action or bonus action, you can throw one of those weapons without disadvantage for throwing melee weapons. The range for this ability is 30 feet minimum and 60 feet maximum. You also do not have disadvantage when in melee range while using this ability. You can use an action or a bonus action to telekinetically retrieve up to 1 thrown weapon within a range of 60 feet.

Psychic Strike[edit]

Starting at the 7th level, you can now control up to 4 weapons. You crit on a roll of 19-20. You gain the ability to infuse your weapon attacks with psychic energy. Once on each of your turns, the first time you hit a creature with a weapon or when you hit a critical, you can deal an extra 1d8 psychic damage to that target. When you reach the 14th level, this extra damage increases to 2d8.

Telekinetic Prowess[edit]

Starting at the 10th level, you can now control up to 5 weapons. You may cast telekinesis once per long rest. You can also cast message at will, without components. Strength is your spellcasting modifier for these abilities. At the end of your turn one of your thrown weapons return to your hand.

Sentinel Sword[edit]

Starting at the 15th level, you can send one of your weapons out as a sentinel within a range of 30 feet. If an enemy would move within melee range of that weapon you can use your reaction to attack it with that weapon.

Sentinel Stance. You can also as an action utilize all of your weapons to create a barrier rotating around you. Until your next turn, all attacks against you are at a disadvantage. If a creature would attack you, the blades strike it. You can make an attack against them (this doesn't use your reaction). You can only use this ability if all your weapons are within 5ft of you.

Numinous Barrage[edit]

Starting at the 18th level, you can now control up to 6 weapons. You crit on a roll of 18-20. Whenever you score a critical hit against a creature, you can make an additional attack.
