Casting time: | 1 hour |
Range: | touch |
Target: | One piece of paper |
Duration: | Special |
Saving Throw: | Will |
This spell makes a warrant on the piece of paper for the target, (the warrant gives things like age, race, class, reward, distinguish marks, wanted dead or live, power (level), and may list what they are wanted for, ect). The spell caster must have seen or have a item from the target to cast the spell.
Any one with the warrant gets a +5 to track and Gather Information checks against the spells target.
Once per day the warrant will give the direction of the target, if the target made its save this dose not work.
Once per week you can see the target in the paper and were she is as if you had just cast the greater scrying. The target always knows when you use this ability. If they made the save you can’t use the scrying at all.
All warrants that are made from this spell have a copy put in the Arcane University were any hunter can get a copy of the warrant.
When the person is arrested the piece of paper goes blank (the spell ends)
