All creatures within 30 feet must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also poisoned for 1 minute. Tendril Snare. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 18). While grappled, the target takes 10 (3d6) necrotic damage at the start of its turn.
