Physical Description[edit]
Vixmen are at base, anthropomorphic foxes. Their fur is mainly an ember orange color. Their arms and legs are colored tar black, and their chest area and the edges of their tails are colored snow white. Their eye color is usually a piercing blue or a forest green. Their claws are dipped in a strange oily substance that serves a ritualistic purpose (see History). Females have less toned muscles, but longer tails.

The Vixmen are a race of humanoid fox people, dwelling within the deepest parts of jungles or abandoned mansions. Known and notorious for their incredible speed and cunning, they are descendants of an ancient breed of elves only known as The Blurred. This elven race was said to have been attacked by a horde of strange foxes, infecting all of the race. Gradually, the offspring of The Blurred became more and more foxlike until they eventually became the Vixmen. They have obtained unprecedented understanding of stealth and mischief from their elven roots, and use it to their advantage when fighting slow foes.
All Vixmen worship an entity known as The Light-Giver, the God of the Stars. The Light-Giver is considered sacred by the general population, who they believe created the Vixmen from her tears. Before combat, Vixmen dip their claws in a tarry substance known as Light Gel, which would supposedly give Vixmen the good luck of the Light-Giver, as well as her strength.
Society[edit]
Most Vixmen live in groups of 4 to 7, in isolated forests or in abandoned mansions or homes. Males usually are the hunters and the killers for the rest of the pack, and women act as defenders of their territory.
Vixmen Names[edit]
All names start with the letter L, in sympathy to the Light-Giver. Male names feature prominent R's and A's, while females use one-syllable names.

Female: Lae, Laur, Lerr
Vixmen Traits[edit]
Fox people known for their incredible speed and cunning.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Age. They reach full maturity at 20 years, and can live up to 90 years.
Alignment. Vixmen tend to lean chaotic in alignment, although women are more likely to be neutral or lawful.
Size. Vixmen can range from a little under 5 feet to over 7 feet. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet, and your base swimming speed is 15 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Sleuth. Every member of your race is a master of stealth, of sorts. You can take the Hide action as a bonus action, and are capable of hiding in dim light.
Fast Hands. When you land a critical hit with a weapon that has the light property, you add two extra dice of damage, equal to the weapons damage.
Cunning. Due to your light frame and quick wit, you are proficient in the skills Acrobatics and Deception.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and your choice of Elvish or Sylvan.
