Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Vepar is a duke of hell, ruling 29 legions of demons. He governs waters of hell, as well as storms at sea, and can cause deaths by putrefying sores and wounds, and causing swarms of worms to be born within a man, or can heal those same injuries. Vepar appears like a merfolk riddled with holes burrowed by worms that swarm his flesh.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Writhing Putrefaction. You know the shocking grasp cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the writhing flesh spell once as a 2nd-Level spell. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the lesser restoration spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Goetic Resistance. You have resistance to lightning damage. This trait replaces the Hellish Resistance trait.
