Veil of Shadows [Shadar-Kai]

You move about unseen.

Prerequisite: Shadar-Kai

Benefit: You can swap one 1st-level or higher Encounter power you know for the Veil of Shadows power.

Veil of Shadows	Shadar-Kai Racial Power
Shadows wrap about you, hiding you from sight as you lurk.
Encounter  Illusion
Move Action	Personal
Effect: You turn invisible (until the end of your next turn) and move up to 1/2 your speed.
Special: You cannot use this power while bloodied. At 11th level (and higher) you can move up to your full speed.
