5e doesn't have "free actions" or "interrupt actions". SirSprinkles (talk) 23:33, 30 January 2017 (MST)
This class makes clerics, fighters, and paladins pale. d10 Hit Dice, all armor and weapon proficiency, full spellcaster level, four Extra Attack features... Seriously, if I were ever to add this class into my play I can already see players playing four holy avengers. There are pros and cons to every class, and that is exactly what makes the party and the game interesting. I suggest subtracting some goodies from this class and make it specialize in one, important way that it can be called "the holy avenger", not "the cleric-fighter-paladin mishmash."
Oh, and I see some levels that gives spell slots and features. That is discouraged in 5th edition, you know.
Also, I would like to suggest to make a list of spells that the player can actually choose from. From what I see, the holy avenger automatically learns a pool of spells, and can spam whatever that is as long as there are enough spell slots to expend. That... is quite boring, if you ask me. I mean, all holy avengers would know the exactly same spells. Why not making them learn or at least prepare a portion of spells from more extensive lists of spells? --WeirdoWhoever (talk) 07:59, 15 February 2017 (MST)
