From D&D Wiki
I`m very glad you liked it, Nine-Eleven~Kun. I think about finishing it this weekend, so you`ll have to wait just a little bit more.
About archetypes, a little spoiler, Oaths are basically archetypes, with some exceptions. The two most important of them, in my opinion, are:
- Oaths are more linear than archetypes: you`ll get the Knight`s Oath at level 3 without any alternatives, but, later on, you can refuse to take the Questing Vow at level 9, you`ll get some bonuses for the Knight`s Vow instead. Also, you are free to take the Questing Vow anytime, provided you got level 9, but you`ll lose the Knight`s Vow bonuses...
- Oaths enhance the story of your character and provide roleplay to some degree. You won`t simply become a Grail Knigt by becoming level 15. You will need to find the Grail and to prove your worth first. Quest for a Grail is a great adventure, in my opinion. Also, you`ll need to follow The Seven Commandments of Chivalry and The Rules of Honour to make the most out of the Knight of Bretonnia. I suppose it can be a lot of fun.
I hope you`ll like the final version, just wait a little bit more!--MrWAAAGH (talk) 09:49, 11 June 2016 (MDT)
