Do you really think users could find it as rude? I could remove the inactive part, I actually only kept that so old users wouldn't get upset by not being on there. This is more of an invaluable personal tool I use that helps me tons. Users are free to add or change where they are (except of course I'd hope no non-admin would put themselves there). - Huh. I think so. Although you could also change the main wording to say something like "Quick User List", "User Link List", or something (so it comes off as more personal and then it also disregards if others use this or not).
