Campaign Help[edit]
I saw on a ratings page for campaign settings that you are willing to help with formatting when it comes to creating new settings. I've been working on a setting for a 3.5e campaign I eventually want to play; however, I thought I could go ahead and add it on here. This will be my first attempt at working with a wiki and I have little clue as to how to format it. I've looked around through a few links on how to edit a wiki and such, but it is a bit foreign to me. Heck, I'm not even sure I'm doing this right. If you could help me out, that would be great. I'm not sure how communication works on this site, but I'm willing to learn. -Eagle033 22:50, 3 January 2012 (MST)
- Really, the easiest way is to actually read (don't just skim!) Wikipedia's comprehensive newcomer's guide to wiki editing. Hooper talk contribs email 19:14, 8 January 2012 (MST)
- Hmm. That link is much better than the one I had found before. The one I had looked at prior was only on formatting text and such. I'm not so much concerned on how to actually do the coding part, for I seem to have got a basic understanding of that now. I'm more worried with the actual layout of the page. What information should I put on the front page. Do I create a supplement page for each new section. My campaign focuses on one continent, for now, but I do have information for the entire world. How would I go about setting that up? It's those types of questions. The wiki formatting was the least of my concerns. I've learned a few computer languages both in school and self-taught. Wiki coding is just another addition. -Eagle033 19:44, 13 January 2012 (MST)
Persistent Troll/Vandal[edit]
Please take a look at the trolling, vandalism, and homophobia that has gone on much time by one user on one particular page. Thank you. --Scryer's Eve (talk | contribs) 02:31, 15 January 2012 (MST)
