Sig'natos Backstory[edit]
A long time ago, a war ravaged the world. Dragonborne and Tiefling fought against each other in battles that shook the very foundation of the land: cities razed, homes abandoned, death abound. In the chaos, a human fought mercilessly: it was not for morals or money but his own self interest. Those that crossed his path were struck down regardless of loyalty to either side. He became infamous to both armies as a ruthless warrior, someone that could not be allowed to live. A trap was set: an ambush as he traveled by. In a forest clearing, he stood stoicly, or perhaps scornfully, as soldiers from both sides approached him. Normally, these enemies would be at each others' throats, but all eyes were kept on the human, an unspoken truce between them. He slew all of them but not without his share of injury. Wounded and fatigued, the man stumbled into a cave to evade more pursuers. As he lay there, almost on the verge of dying, the cave began to glow intensely. At least, that's what he thought: his vision darkened, and he could not tell as he fell unconscious. The man awoke later to find himself in the cave, healed of his injuries, but cold and alone. Stumbling out of the dark, he found himself no longer surrounded by the forest he traveled: a barren wasteland lay before him; the traces of war could be found strewn across the old battlefield. He did not care what became of war; he simply returned to his travels. Two swords appeared in his hands: an art he mastered a long time ago. With that, he walked off into the distance, seemingly carefree towards the world around him.

Level 1 Kyyrah Starting Feature: You gain a +3 bonus to Insight. This bonus increases to +4 at 11th level and +5 at 21st level. Also, anyone rolling a Bluff check against you receives a penalty equal to your bonus. If an opposing roll is 20, you may sacrifice this feature's bonus and penalty to negate the auto-success (the 20 is still added to the opponent's Bluff).
Level 5 Kyyrah Feature: You gain the Jurisdiction power.
Level 10 Kyyrah Feature: You gain the Extradite power.
