The target of this spell suffers 230 D20 damage as their mind body and soul are annihilated instantaneously. This spell ignores all forms of damage resistance (including resistance granted by a spell, a class feature, a magic item, Epic resistance, Divine resistance and so on). Upon the casting of this spell, the caster of this spell suffers 220 D20 Elemental damage of the casters choosing as the weave rejects the contortion of the spell.
If a creature dies as a result from this spell, the creatures soul is erased. The creature may not be revived by any means short of Malcor’s timeline manipulation or a wish.
In addition, If the target of this spell wields any form of divine power (e.g., a creature whom possesses any form of divine rank, a creature whom possesses any form of divine power from a class feature or feat such as clerics and paladins and so on.) will automatically be dealt critical damage at a X2 multiplier regardless if the creature would normally be immune to critical hits or another rule which would allow the prevention of critical hits. In addition, this spell will also ignore any form of spell resistance gained from Divine magic
If a Malcor's divine cylinder was used during the casting and the target of the spell was killed, the cylinder contains all the divine power which the target had (E.G. divine ranks, salient divine powers and so on).

The target of the spell may begin to rapidly increase or decreases dependent on the casters wishes. The caster may choose to increase or decreases creatures age bracket by one stage per 10 caster levels (To a maximum of 2). If the target of the spell succeeds on a fortitude save, the creature's age bracket may only be increased or decreased by one bracket(If the creature's age bracket would have only been moved by one before a successful fortitude save, The target would ignore the affects of this spell on a successful fortitude save). The target of this spell may willingly fail their save.
For example, Gen (20 Wizard) casts Malcor's control of mortality on Flin. Flin makes a successful fortitude save. Gen decides that she wants to make Flin older. Flin goes from his prime to middle age thus moving his age bracket to middle age but not to old age due to the successful fortitude save. In contrast, Gen may decide to cast Malcor's control of mortality on herself to restore her youth. this would result in Gen going from old to young, resulting in all negative factors of her old age no longer affecting her.
