I have been writing a campaign called Medius since 3.5 and recently started a new world which semi-fits with Forgotten Realms and the continent I am focusing on right now is called Kalibutan.

Not much in the way of 5e homebrew but maybe one day I will upload whatever I have done for the 3.5 Medius stuff.
