User:Gumdropped
Hello I'm Gumdropped. I am the guardian of the Warlock Subclasses for 5e. If you make one I will be modifying it at some point to follow the template of the rest of them.
Balancing a New Patron
For Warlock Subclasses, there are a few standards that almost all in normal 5e share.
Nearly every patron gives an expanded spell list, providing 2 extra spells per spell slot level (1-5). And provides 4 class feats, given at levels 1, 6, 10, and 14.
Not every warlock patron has to follow this schema, but when balancing a subclass this is the easiest template to follow to make sure you don't give your DM a headache with too many overpowered class feats.
If you are interested in making a Warlock Subclass, the template should be as follows.
=== Header 3:Patron Name (Usually the same as page title) ===
<div class="externalimage-holder" style="width:30%;float:right"> {{5e Image|float:right|"Link to the image you're using"|"Image Caption and Credits"}}</div>
''Warlock Subclass''

Subclass Feat Level 1[edit]
You get a cool cantrip or something
Subclass Feat Level 6[edit]
You do more but it's usually not a super impressive feat
Subclass Feat Level 10[edit]
More powerful and you usually take on the look or embody some aspect of your patron
Subclass Feat Level 14[edit]
You can fight god if you use this properly
Pact Boons[edit]
Your stuff is reminiscent of your patron.
Pact of the Blade. It looks like a silly pool noodle.
Pact of the Tome. Your book is a composition book from fifth-grade. Wide ruled.
Pact of the Chain. You have a tamagotchi you can summon.
Unique Eldritch Invocations[edit]
Obscure Technique (Prerequisite: The Page Patron, 5th level, eldritch blast cantrip)
Your eldritch blast ignores half and three-quarters cover.
