You've grown an insect hive inside your body becoming infested with flies and other horrendous critters of the same ilk.

As an action you can expend a hit die and send a swarm of mosquito like creatures in a 30ft cone, Creatures caught in the cone must pass a DC (8 + your Proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) Constitution save or take prof bonus d6 poison damage, half on success. For each creature that takes damage from this, you regain 1 hit die. Out of combat the insects obey your every command and travel from your body in a swarm or in a controlled amount, you can hear and see everything they hear and see whenever and wherever they may be
