Born in the Feywild, ursarusians are raised by their mothers for the first years of their life before their father's take them to the Mortal Plane to learn what they have about survival and combat. Females return once every two years after mating so to give birth to the next generation. Through this process, Ursarusians are some of the most dangerous warriors of the forests. Hardly do they stray far from their hunting zone, though it is not unheard of.

Physical Qualities[edit]

Ursarusian's are large bipedal creatures of great stature. With fur ranging from black to white with varying patterns and patches, they are often mistaken for other large beasts, due to the rarity of their appearances in public. Their eyes range from brown to black, their faces often look bearish with human adjacent appearances.

Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]

Ursarusian don't often worship gods. They believe in the power of their claws, and teeth. They are headstrong and think that enough brute force can solve any situation. But when gods do come into the equation; Kord and Melora are the two main divine beings but Avandra and Gruumsh are not forgotten by these ferocious creatures.

Ursarusian Adventurers[edit]

Ursarusian chose to travel out of the woods to find a purpose to live out their life with. Most leave from boredom and seek only excitement whilst others wish to show that their species is not dead and wishes fame so's to make their people remembered.

Three sample ursarusian adventurers are described below.

Liliana is a female Warlock who once lived to the far south, where it was winter nearly all year. When she started traveling, she wanted only to show off what she thought was her magnificent fur, but found she loved song and dance of the villages she visited and decided to continue her life learning about the new cultures she encountered.

The Fighter, Charnami, was a runt cub who was not expected to live very long, and even as he grew up, and lived longer, people thought he would die any day. When he came to the mortal world, he wanted to make as much right as possible in the world by vanquishing evil.

Danii is a bard by trade but finding he had a way with words, opened a small trader's shop in a small town on the coast. The peaceful elves there do not mind him and often go to him for important supplies. He plays at the local tavern, telling tales of adventures he wishes to have on day.
