+5 Mundane Clothing Item, bonus inapplicable to any scenario. It is simply a stylish undergarment that most people will never lay eyes upon.

Masterwork Underwear - +1 to Diplomacy (it traps foul smells far better than your normal underwear). A masterwork set of underwear is so finely crafted that it doubles any bonus the base set provides.

Long Underwear - +1 to saves vs cold effects.

Swimming Underwear - Also known as swimming trunks, speedos, and or one/ two piece bathing suits, these provide a +1 to Swim checks.

Good Ol' Faithful Underwear - These stock, boring, white underwear will get you through hard times, but attract negative attention and fail to impress anyone who views them. They grant a -1 to Diplomacy but they grant you a +1 to HP.
