Unceasing Route Onward (3.5e Ki Techniques)
From D&D Wiki
Unceasing Route Onward[edit]
By spending 2 ki points, as a standard action, you replicate the effect of the spell snake's swiftness[1]. You grant one ally within 35 feet from you (10 meters) another attack action (be it melee or ranged) or a move action to move (their choice). Any ally that already made an extra attack, for example per the haste spell, but not attacks of opportunity, may not be affected by this technique, nor it may take an extra attack action after receiving this benefit.
By spending 8 ki point you replicate the spell snake's swiftness, mass[2] (affecting all allies in a 20-ft burst (6 meters) centered in any point within 100 feet (30 meters) from you).
Spending 3 additional points at the time of using any version of this technique you may grant the effect even to yourself (using the technique as an immediate action). You must make a Concentration check (DC=20 + ki points spent) to grant the effect. If you fail the check, the effect is wasted and you are dazed for one round.
This counts as a supernatural ability.
