You breathe a cone of shadowy frost at your opponents attempting to deal damage and freeze them in place Umbral breath does 1d4 points of cold damage per two caster levels (maximum 5d4). In addition, all creatures that fail their fortitude save are dazed for 1 round and may only move at half their normal movement speed, as the icy chill affects their bodies.
