Ultra Super Saiyan [Racial]

This feat grants you an Ultra form

Prerequisite: Ascended Super Saiyan

Benefit: When you choose to transform into the first Super Saiyan transformation, you may instead choose to turn into an Ultra Super Saiyan. While transformed as an Ultra Super Saiyan you bulk up incredibly with incredibly large muscles and much longer, thicker hair. While transformed, you gain +6 strength on top of your normal transformation bonus, but no longer get a bonus to Dexterity, you now take a -6 penalty to dexterity and your damage reduction doubles to 4/- and you gain the powerful build ability. Reguardless of your actual land base speed, your land based speed is reduced to 20 feet and flying speed is reduced to 30 feet. These bonuses replace the standard Super Saiyan bonuses while you are in the Ultra Super Saiyan transformation. You may choose at any time to downgrade back to a Super Saiyan, or go up to any of the other Super Saiyan transformation you have available. Transforming into the Ultra Super Saiyan transformation uses up 25 ki points to transform and 12 additional points of ki each following round. If you run out of ki points while transformed as an Ultra Super Saiyan, you revert back to your natural state, faigued, and your strength, dexterity and land base speed return to normal.

Normal: You cannot exceed the bonuses provided by the base Super Saiyan transformation without turning into a Super Saiyan 2.
