Ucthulatchka are horrifying abominations created by days upon days of non-stop torture, evil magic and experimentation. By the end of it, even a beautiful elf maiden will turn out as a gruesome monster hell-bent on destroying every creature it can find. Its twisted bones and gored flesh make for a gruesome sight to behold. To make things worse, its appearance is topped off with massive blade-like claws on the ends of unnaturally long arms, a lipless mouth filled with three rows of huge needle-like teeth, and large (incredibly sharp) spines bursting from its back. It knows no fear. It knows no pain. It knows only rage.
