this card has the word "UNO" on the back and on the front it has a reverse symbol the card cost 1 gp and is common and has 3 charges and they cant recharge and the command word is UNO REVERSE

UNO REVERSE you can twist any one's words and reverse it ex:i drink water (pull the card out and say UNO REVERSE) and now you drink the water
