Arcane Eye[edit]
At 1st level, you can channel your magical energy through your eyes. As a bonus action, you can cast *Arcane Ray*, dealing 1d8 force damage to a target within 30 feet. The damage increases as you level up. You also gain darkvision up to 60 feet and the ability to see invisible creatures within that range.
Eye of Tyranny[edit]
At 2nd Level, Whenever a creature is hit by your Arcane Ray, it must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened for 1 turn.
Tyrant's Focus[edit]
At 3rd Level, You can concentrate your ocular magic on a single enemy. Choose a creature within sight; it gains vulnerability to force damage caused by you until the end of your next turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest.
Ability Score Improvement[edit]
When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
