The Twisted vampire swoops down from the clear blue sky, causing fear in towns population maiking them to flee in all directions. The “vampire” simply laughs knowing none will escape his judgement. He calls out for his subjects; a portal then opens revealing a handful of creatures from the Twisted Planes who are ready to fulfil their commander’s wishes.”

A Twisted vampire is not actually a vampire, even though it has no constitution it is not undead nor does it suffer from the weaknesses of other vampires, it does not have the draining slam of a vampire or the con draining bite. It is above such mild abilities.

The Twisted Vampire looks like a stereotypical vampire, however it has a large pair of wings that fold up behind it and no fangs. Its eyes are clear white with small electrical static contained within the eye. The skin on their arms is covered in large pours used to suck the life force of anyone near.


The Twisted Vampire is very rarely seen. They tend to run things from the shadows, however when they feel a problem is very serious or if it is a question of honour the vampire will deal with the problem in person. They often call their subjects forth in emergencies or when they require an audience.

Frightful Presence (Ex): When a Twisted Vampire charges or attacks it inspires terror in all creatures within 50ft that have fewer hit dice or levels than it has. Each opponent must make a Will save (DC35) or become shaken for 5d6 rounds. A successful save leaves the opponent immune to the Twisted Vampire’s frightful presence for 24 hours.

Death Touch (Su): As a standard action a Twisted Vampire can make a touch attack (+36) if it succeeds the victim must make a fortitude save (DC35) or die instantly.

Unnatural Blast (Su): A Twisted Vampire can release a huge surge of electrical power. This is released as a 60ft line of energy that deals 20d6 electrical damage to anyone in its blast range. A Reflex save can be made for half damage (DC35) This ability has a 1d6 round cool down.

Life Force Absorption (Su): As a standard action a Twisted Vampire can attempt to drain the life force of all those around them, making them angry and hateful. Everyone within 60ft of the vampire must make a Fort save (DC35) or take 1d6 Strength and 1d6 Con drain. All the pores open up on their arms and suck the energy out of its victims.

Swarm Change (Su): As a standard action the Twisted Vampire can change into a diminutive swarm of bat-like Twisted vampires with the following stats.

Speed 100ft Fly (perfect) Special Attacks- Lesser Unnatural Blast- Same as unnatural blast but only deals 10d6 damage It loses all other special attacks and its slam attack, but it keeps all of its special qualities. It is Immune to weapon damage due to its size and gains a swarm attack of 5d6 damage, as well as swarm traits.

Home Bound(Ex): A Twisted Vampire can only truly die in the Twisted Planes, if it dies on any other pane it gets transported back to the Twisted Plane where it re-awakens in 1d10 days.

Call of the Twisted(Su): At will a Twisted Vampire can call forth a unit of creatures from the twisted planes. These arrive within 1d4 rounds via a portal. When it does this it must roll a d100. The result is as follows.
