Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Your fiendish heritage comes from Tuolong, the Water Lizard Dragon, was the ninth son of the Dragon King of Jing River, and disguises himself as a boatman, pretending to ferry people across the river before capturing and devouring them.
You have lizard-like scales across your body, sharp teeth, and fish-like fins.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Ninth Dragon Son. You know the shape water cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the valla's whirlpool spell once, and you must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Aquatic Adaptation. You have a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, and can breathe in both air and water.
