This spell converts an amount of stone equal to 10 cubic ft. instantly into Lava, the area does not have to be in any particular shape however all of the spell's effected area must be touching. If the lava's area is spread over a vent emitting a flammable gas the gas will ignite. Immediately forming a pillar of flame dealing 6d6 fire damage. If the lava's area is spread over a vent emitting a non-flammable gas, the gas will slowly rise through the lava at a rate of 1 inch/round. Upon surfacing the gas forms a bubble that pops the following round from cooling dealing 4d4 fire damage to all in the immediate area. Alternatively if used on a creature of stone base the creature immediately take 10d6 +2/4 Caster Levels as fire damage. Though the spell transforms the stone to lava it is not magical and will cool to form stone once more. The temperature of this molten rock is on average 950 °C upon time of casting. The thinner the lava is spread the quicker it cools.
