Transcendent Demon Drug (3.5e Equipment)

A vial of thick scarlet liquid. It tastes faintly of blood, and leaves behind only a deeper hunger, a more desperate thirst. Power thrums through your veins, carrying with it a scream for destruction of the most terrible sort.
- Typically an epic level quest reward, not sold or craftable.
- Multiply your melee attack damage by your strength score divided by ten (e.g a score of 15 gives a multiplier of 1.5).
- effects last until you drop to 1 hp, or fall unconscious.
