You channel the Hand of Hate, the concrete force of wrath and rage, to change the your foes' mood, blurring the line between friend and enemy.

All enemies in a 30-feet radius (9 meters) must make a Will save. When they fail a severed hand appears on their head. They don't feel or see it. Affected foes lower their attitude towards nearby people by one stage, whetever it previously was.

Starting from 7th, when the save is failed, the attitude is lowered by two stages, usually resulting in previous allies attacking each other (as they attack the nearer "foe"). When the save is successful the target is still subject to the original effect, described on top.

This effect lasts 1 minute per class level. A target that succeeds the save may not be affected again until the next day.

Fanatic characters are unaffected by this effect, but they are sickened, if they fail the save.

This is a mind-affecting effect, but any creature that may be subjected to hate may be affected, regardless of immunity.
