They say everyone gets a second chance, well now they really do... So long as you're fast enough. The slaves who call themselves 'clerics' aren't the only ones that can cause miracles, if every being is capable of apotheosis then surely they're already capable of wielding the incredible power of a god...
This spell will completely revive anyone who died in the last 30 minutes even if only a tiny part of their body is left (dust left by disintegration effects counts). All those within the area are restored exactly as they were before death (though this spel doesn't restore equipment) with no loss of prepared spells or levels. However this spell does cause 2 temporary constitution damage, this acts like normal temporary ability damage. If not healed by 24 hours after revival they must take fortitude save or the ability damage becomes Permenant.
All those within the area are also affected as if by a mass heal effect, this can even heal effects caused by the afflict seed and Permenant ability damage (though not that caused by this spell). All extraplanar creatures within the area are also banished up to 250HD, they are entitled to a Fortitude save to negate this. Any spells in the area are also subject to a dispel affect (1d20+18 vs DC10+The target spells caster level), this does not affect the other aspects of this spell. Magic items, Artifacts, spells, epic spells and even the magic of gods is subject to this dispel affect. 10 minutes after this spell takes affect the weather within the area is changed to a 'warm' temperature overriding any other weather patterns, such as thunderstorms.
Focus: Any greater deitys focus, this must be defiled in a way that's extremely offensive to the diety and they're followers. Using this will draw said deitys attention and most likely their wrath as you forcefully use a part of their power without their consent.
