Mimicry. The tikbálang can accurately mimic any voices it has heard.

Shapechanger. The tikbálang can use its action to polymorph into a Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Tikbálang's Illness. A creature that sees or stands within 30 feet of the tikbálang must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw at the end of their turn. On a fail, they catch an illness of the tikbálang, rolling a d10 to determine the effect.

1-3 - Fever. The target gains one level of exhaustion. While exhaustion, the affected creature is poisoned.
4-6 - Headache. The target suffers a splitting headache until it completes a long rest. While it has this headache, the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks and is vulnerable to psychic damage.
7-9 - Blindness. The target is blinded until it finishes a long rest.
10 - Reroll. If a 10 is rolled twice in a row, the target is reduced to 0 hit points.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The tikbálang makes two hoof attacks.

Hoof. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage.

Invisibility. The tikbálang magically turns invisible until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the tikbálang wears or carries is invisible with it.

A minotaur-like man-horse hybrid, the tikbálang is a mischievous and evil fey native to the deep woods where it seeks to lead people astray. It is characterized by its horse like laugh that bellows through the woods after pranking someone. Its very presence is seen as a bad omen, as merely looking at it is said to wreathe people in terrible illness.
