Thunder Conclave (5e Subclass)
Thunder Conclave[edit]
Ranger Subclass
It is rumored that, high in the clouds that circle mountain tops, a mystical ranger flies with great leaps and bounds whenever it rains. His feet collide with the clouds, creating thunderous claps of sound. He was a guardian of whoever was dwelling under his clouds as they drifted along the sky. He would smite down his foes with an iron fist. You have heard this story, perhaps as a child, and chose to follow in his footsteps.
- Thundering Magic
You learn an additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class. The spells count as ranger spells for you, but it doesn't count against the number of ranger spells you know.

Finally, you can cast booming blade and thunderous smite on ranged weapon attacks, against creatures within 30 feet.
- Thunderous Mark
Starting at 7th level, whenever you cause thunder damage to a creature with a cantrip or spell, you can use your bonus action to mark that creature with a Thunderous Mark.
The first attack with a weapon you make against that creature until the end of your next turn cause additional 2d8 thunder damage, and push a Large or smaller creature 10 feet away.
- Son of Thunder
Starting at 11th level, you have a flying speed equal to your current walking speed whenever you are not underground or indoors.
In addition, you can cast thunderwave, at will, without spending spell slots. When you do so, you can't cast spells or cantrips until the end of your next turn.
- Blows of Thunder
Starting at 15th level, you empower all your strikes with the power of thunder. You can cast thunderous smite, without spending a spell slot, a number of times equal to 1 + your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
In addition, whenever you cast thunderous smite, you can fly up to your movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
