Three Point Stance (3.5e Martial Artist Maneuver)
From D&D Wiki
Three Point Stance
Even when a big man gets hit in the balls, he's going down. When you are in this stance, you use your own body to protect your vitals, by pressing your knees together and guarding your vulnerable sides with your arms. It tightens your muscles to allow you to take greater hits without falling.
Level: Tempered 2
Type: Stance
Description: When in this stance, you take a -2 penalty to Armor Class and attack rolls, but you gain resistance 10 to bludgeoning. Furthermore, if an enemy critically hits you with a bludgeoning weapon or a natural weapon that deals bludgeoning damage while in this stance, you may roll a Concentration check against the enemy's threat confirmation roll. If your result wins, you are dealt normal damage.
Special: If you move more than 5 feet while this stance is active, the stance is automatically dropped.
