The Turkey Baster of Disentigrating Teleportation (3.5e Equipment)

The Turkey Baster of Disentigrating Teleportation, is a rather nifty little device. And as such, it's not the easiest thing to use...or is it. Yes simply point this mundane looking turkey baster at your foe, and simple speak the power word. [Baste!] Your target must, pass a Reflex DC: 25, in order to not be instantly be teleported before another person, somewhere else in the world(minimum of 50 miles away). Leaving behind their possesion's, and clothing, at the point from which they were teleported. Then, they must succeed a Fortitude DC: 25, to not simply poof into dust before said person.

This item, remains charged for one year, after its first use. After that year has passed, it remains in active for 100 years. It cannot be re-charged by use of Wish, or Miracle spells. There is only ONE in existence, it has no set gp value, and is randomly happened upon, as a 1 in 100 chance. And only after the seeker has spent 5 years searching for it.
