The Sky Isles (Stormforge Supplement)

There are thirteen major isles and numerous minor isles soaring high above the turbulent seas and rugged landscape. It is not known what keeps the isles afloat, but it is not unknown for one of the smaller isles to fall from the sky, leaving only a crater where it strikes.
Eleven of the thirteen major isles are each ruled by mighty arcane spellcasters.
The sky Isle of Gwynn Far is ruled by King Berathaisis, an ancient gold wyrm, however he defers to his human regent, Highlady Torvona.
The Highpriest of Arbeorn and the Avarial King jointly rule the thirteenth isle, Thaumaedor.
