The Mysterious Stranger[edit]
Medium humanoid (Human, Lgendary), neutral Armor Class 25 All (Duster Coat, which is dropped on death)
Saving Throws Strength +16, Dexterity +19, Constitution +14, Intelligence +16, Wisdom +16, Charisma +19 Brutal. The Mysterious Stranger’s attacks count as critical hits on any roll above a 10. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Mysterious Stranger makes 5 attacks. Mysterious Magnum. ranged Weapon Attack +15 to hit, range 5/60 ft., one target. Hit 54 (5d20 + 14) ballistic damage and the target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is killed instantly. This is dropped on death.

Neglectful father, potential outlaw, morally gray, illusive, but in the end he's just a mysterious stranger. (Inherently impossible to kill, don't even attempt to use for boss fight.)
