The Mage's Spell Conjunction
Universal
Level: Magic 9, Sor/Wiz 9
Components: V
Casting time: free-action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Area: All dispelled magical effects and magic items within a 40-ft.-radius
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates (object) (harmless)
Spell Resistance: No

All magical effects and magic items, within the radius of the spell, that have been dispelled, disjoined, or destroyed by a mage's disjunction spell or spell-like effect, in the previous 10 rounds, are restored to their previous magical state. That is, spells and spell-like effects that were separated into their individual components are fully reformed and reinstated as though they had never been dispelled, and each permanent magic item which was turned into a normal item has all of it’s magical properties restored.

Even disjoined artifacts can be restored by a spell conjunction, although there is only a 1% chance per caster level of actually restoring such powerful items. If an artifact had been destroyed in the previous 10 rounds by a mage's disjunction spell, then the caster of the spell must make a second DC 25 Will saving throw or lose all spellcasting ability.

Additionally, any being that had previously cast a mage's disjunction spell in the previous 10 rounds must make a Will save or permanently lose the ability to cast or comprehend the mage's disjunction spell and all similarly designed spell effects. (This penalty cannot be removed by mortal magic, not even miracle or wish.). Even if the Will save is successful, any affected caster may not cast mage's disjunction again for another 4d4 rounds.
