The Amazing Fli'yen's Incorporeal Fireball is a spell that functions just like the fireball spell but it is an explosion of spiritual flame comprised of positive energy. Where this spell differs from the fireball spell is that it only affects anything with the Undead type and/or the incorporeal creature sub-type dealing 1d8 points of positive energy damage (instead of 1d6 fire damage) per caster level (maximum 10d8) to those creatures with those types and/or sub-types within the area. Unattended objects do not take this damage. The explosion creates no pressure.
Special: Before casting the spell, the caster must choose to invest experience points or XP to increase the spell's effectiveness. If the caster chooses they can spend 100XP per effect to: remove the saving throws for all affected creatures, Negate the Spell resistances for all affected creatures, or deal an additional +1d8 worth of damage per 100XP (maximum +5d8 for 500XP)
Material Component: a pinch of Crushed Garlic and Nightshade, a cup of Rum, and a dash of Salt and Sulpher
XP Cost: -100XP to negate saving throw, -100XP to negate Spell resistance, -100XP per +1d8 of additional damage beyond initial spell description (maximum +5d8)
