How to Use This Template

This template is designed to be used with the stat block template to detail a spellcasting creature's spontaneous spells by setting the prgrsns parameter to this spells known template. (Prepared spells use spells prepared template.)

Definition of Parameters[edit]

Parameter Description Required Example
cls Specifies the to what class the spells are associated. It's recommended that this parameter be used when the creature has levels in more than one spontaneous casting class. It is also recommended if the creature can spontaneously cast spells as a racial ability to use the parameter to specify which class the racial ability mimics. No Sorcerer
pd Details that apply most if not all spells within this progression. Yes CL 12th
sk0–sk9 Spells known (for levels 0 through 9th) under this spellcasting progression No detect secret doors, magic missile
spd0–spd19 The number of spells per day for each level (currently goes up to 19th-level spell slots) the creature can cast. No 5
