Usage[edit]
This template is used to more conveniently make a properly-formatted, lowercase link to the Additional Status Conditions (5e Variant Rule) for the entered condition.
{{5asc|Berserk}}
"Berserk" can be replaced with the appropriate condition's name, so long as it is listed at Additional Status Conditions (5e Variant Rule).
Alternate page name[edit]
If you wish for the link to be different than the displayed text, type the following. "Gradual Blindness, Deafness, and Numbness" can be replaced with the appropriate page name. "gradual blindness" can be replaced with the text to display.

The above example will produce "gradual blindness".
