Covers your enemy in tar, slowing him. One target creature in range is drenched in thick sticky tar. Their movement speed is decreased by 25% and they lose their dexterity bonus. If a Poultry Bomb explodes on the target of this spell then that creature is tar'd and feather'd. Ridicule from nearby creatures causes them to have a -1 morale bonus to all skill checks, attack rolls, and saving throws for the duration. If the subject fails its will save then they are frightened and run away to avoid the embarrassment.
