A permutation of the tie cantrip, this magic allows the caster to cause fine material such as threads, and so forth. If this is used on hair or fur of a living being the target get's a Reflex Save, if successful the tangle fails to manifest.
A buzzing is verbalized while the finger makes a stirring motion.
