Meek and generally ugly, the seclusive talpians, also known as mole people or molefolk, are a rare sight to most humanoids. Variant: Star-Nosed TalpianStar-nosed talpians are a subrace of talpians native to the Underdark, whose eyes are so reduced that they cannot be considered eyes, only patches of skin sensitive to light. A star-nosed talpian does not have the Sunlight Sensitivity or Poor Eyesight traits. It instead has blindsight out to a range of 30 feet (and is blind beyond that radius) which it cannot use while it is unable to smell, its tremorsense is increased to 60 feet, and its burrowing speed is 60 feet. |
