Balance[edit]
The Stat adjustments work out very well, good job there. The Electric Resist is nicely balanced with the cold vul. The balance starts to tip(with PhB Races) when it can no longer drown, and get a special attack option. An Ex special attack is a level adjustment on it's own. Also, that looks much like several spells, perhaps it should be a SA, no EX. Nat armor isn't enough unbalance to complain about, but it's more than most other races get. --Ganre 08:43, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
