Hi, I discovered this class and I love its' concept but there are some issues with the class that can really make it hard to play as, such as:

Wind Surge: How long does the speed buff last? Currently it is infinite. Does the speed buff stack? personally I think this ability should last until your next rest and should stack a certain amount of times like twice or thrice? other than that good ability but I felt it was lacking a bit.

Tailwind: How do you move to deal the damage? Is it a dash? Do you add your Wind Surge bonus from the Surge Die? Do you just move and deal damage I think you were going for a dash but I don't have any real evidence of this. Also what is the DC for the Saving Throw for the enemy? And why do no damage and not half?

Liftoff: 1 foot per second? you need a Glide Speed for this http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Glide_Speed_(5e_Variant_Rule)

Quick Drop: I love this ability it makes me giggle to think I can drop down from above my enemies and smash them into the ground but...1d4 Bludgeoning? I recommend adding a variable damage such as it does 1d4 + xd4 (x is = to every twenty feet you fall) so if I were to jump off of a hundred foot cliff I could dive to forty foot, glide, and then drop dealing 3d4 bludgeoning and maybe get a sneak attack and such.

Other than these things I honestly don't see many other issues just some minor tweaks I suppose depending on you of course I thank you for making this class I really love the idea and design please make this class even more amazing in the future i'm looking forward to every bit of changes you make
