Does someone really think this race calls for a LA +9?--reddir (talk) 13:16, 13 September 2014 (MDT)

This race does have some crazy abilities when you look at it. Using this ECL calculator as a random example:

• +6 to stats gives me about an LA of +0.6
• +1 Stat/level is easily worth 2 major powers as that's crazy, for an LA of +2
• Nat Armor of ECL + 2 is another major power, +1 LA, and another +0.4 for the flat nat armor)
• Bleed bonus to edged weapons would be a medium power, for +0.5
• +1 to all saving throws/level is at least a major power for sure, LA +1
• +4 to melee hits and DOUBLE all attacks for 20+ rounds/day, a major+minor for LA +1.2
• Blindness immunity, minor power, +0.2
• Light vision, minor power, +0.2
• Final blow, minor power, +0.2
• Additional languages *2, +0.4 LA

0.6 + 2 + 1 + 0.4 + 0.5 + 1 + 1.2 + 0.2*3 + 0.4 = +7.7 LA. Not quite +9, but it's only an approximation, +9 is not far from a reasonable value. Though I'd personally lower it to +8 LA, having done those calculations, but I ain't sure. --SgtLion (talk) 15:43, 13 September 2014 (MDT)
