Talk:Weapon Meister
From D&D Wiki
Fix it.
At least this class says it is a WIP in the description--MaxVertexZXZ (talk) 13:20, 22 September 2016 (MDT)
I saw this in the list and had a minor happy dance. Speaking as someone with a love for Soul Eater and D&D, I thought this would be a fun one. However, in idea form it's cool, but it does have a few glaring problems. One being the two characters required for this class. It would be difficult to play two people at the same time. A second player to play the weapon partner would be ideal, but that could be difficult for some of us. Another thing is that the Meister needs their weapon partner to attack. If the two become separated, the Meister is left defenseless. You could have the Meister multiclass, but then she may not have a need for her partner anymore. The same goes in reverse for the weapon partner.
Another part of this that could be a problem is the compatibility system for leveling and how the level on that can change. You could have a Max compatibility pair that could lose most of their power very rapidly over a petty argument.
In regards to these issues, and as much as it pains me to say it, it may be advisable to take this class down if we can't get sufficient reworks soon. Don't give up on it just yet though. I believe if someone can work out those issues, this would be a fun class to play.--Jacklinkz92 (talk) 17:32, 13 October 2017 (MDT)Jacklinkz92
