Talk:Weapon Handling (3.5e Feat)

I find this Feat very useful and would like to know a bit more, if possible.

Do Exotic Weapons become Martial Weapons for the purpose of not needing Exotic Weapon Proficiency? If so, would an Exotic One-Handed become a Martial One-Handed or a Martial Light?

This probably does not change a Two-Handed Weapon into a One-Handed Weapon (As the length and weight still apply), but am I right in understanding that a Two-Handed Martial Weapon can become a Two-Handed Light Weapon and thus benefit from Weapon Finesse and Improved Weapon Finesse?

I'm really big on Dexterity, but I love Fighters. I love to run into the crowd and knock heads around, but since Dexterity governs Initiative, Reflex, and a plethora of useful Skills as well as being a cornerstone for your overall AC (Dexterity Bonus), I prefer to get my Dex up anyway I can. If I can use it for Attack and Damage Rolls, you bet your arse I'm going to be doing that.
