Hello! I'll be starting a talk page up for this race, since there hasn't been one created for it yet, if that's okay.
I'm new to this whole homebrew thing, so I'm posting suggestions for balance here before I edit it. In particular, I had ideas of how "Haircut Whip" and "Fallen Angel" could be adjusted.
Haircut Whip. As an action, you can shake your head in such a way that your hair becomes a whip. This attack has a reach of 10 feet and creatures that are hit take 1d6 bludgeoning damage.
Fallen Angel. As an action, you can run your claws through your hair and make an unarmed strike against a creature of your choice for 1d4 slashing damage plus 1d4 lightning damage. You may use this trait once per short rest.
