No need to mention nonlethal damage, 5e uses disadvantage/advantage instead of +/- to ability scores, and there is no longer a full action. Are you converting spells from a 3.5/pathfinder source? I used to play D&D a lot when I was younger (2e?) and, now I'm playing in 5e, there are certain things I'm trying to bring back from my childhood. I'm not converting spells from any source, it is completely original as far as I'm aware, but there are things I don't know how to describe. Feel free to change them!
