New categories

I'm not sure what to do with all the "by type" pages, which cite Wizards as their source.

New categories:

• Skilled
• Arcane Spellcasting
• Divine Spellcasting
• Prepared Spellcasting
• Spontaneous Spellcasting

Just say they were derived from D&D Wiki because the WotC choices did not "encompass" all the options. --Green Dragon 22:51, 13 February 2007 (MST)
